I go to Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture several times a year. At that time, the ones I always eat are “My shabby noodles” and “Tamaru Chinese soba” that I write this time. Tamamaru Chinese buckwheat noodles had such an impact that I started searching for delicious soy sauce ramen since I ate this. It’s very delicious, so if you come to Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, please try it.

Tamaru Chinese Soba
The main menus are “Hinai chicken soy sauce ramen” and “niboshi soy sauce ramen”. When I arrived at the parking lot of the shop, the good scent of chicken simmering was leaking to the outside, so Imagine a ramen to eat from now on, and it seems to be drooling.
I always have the basic Chinese buckwheat noodles for 650 yen.
I bought a meal ticket and was guided to the seat and asked if it was thick noodles or thin noodles, so I chose thin noodles.
Thin noodles are personally recommended for Chinese soba. The ramen will arrive in about 5 minutes.
The toppings are green onions, menma, seaweed, char siu, and orthodox. The soup has a strong assertion that it is chicken broth. The slightly thick soup is very delicious with the thin noodles.
Other menus. Special chicken Chinese soba.
The Chinese soba with chicken stock was very delicious, so I also tried the “special chicken soba (soy sauce flavor)” on the menu. There is only a special song singing as a special item, and there is a chicken soup punch than Chinese soba. The soup is full of chicken flavor. Char siu had changed to bird char siu.
Personally, I had a chicken soup punch, but I thought it would be fine to use ordinary Chinese soba.
Summary
I was writing about “Tamaru” Chinese soba in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture.
It seems that you can line up at noon. It’s best to go for an early lunch. Miso ramen was the best until I ate this, and I ate a lot of miso ramen, but after I ate this, all I had was soy sauce ramen. I found some delicious soy sauce ramen in Tokyo, but I haven’t found anything more than this. Please try it out!
