Multi-device keyboard Logitech K380 Review. It is thin, quiet and good.
What is your keyboard? I used to use DELL genuine products so far, but the number of keypads that do not come out so much, the key touch of genuine products is not good, I like the keyboard of Macbook pro This time around if you want to replace it around PC I bought a K380 by looking for it in a compact, wireless and pantograph style to make it refreshing. I’ve used it for a while, so I’ll write about your impressions. We hope you find it helpful to those who are thinking of purchasing the K380.
Multi-device keyboard until determined by Logitech K380
Only Logitech sells multi-device keyboards.
I usually use both Windows and Mac. Originally I was looking for a DELL keyboard, so it is good for Windows, but I thought that it would be convenient if it could be connected to a Mac and used in clamshell mode, so I searched for a multi-device keyboard. When I am looking for a multi-device keyboard, only Logitech sells multi-device keyboards..
Only K380 is the one when it is as thin as possible with pantograph type
There are K380 and K480 in Logitech’s ones without a numeric keypad. Of these, the latter is the K380. Also, since I’m used to the keyboard of Macbook pro, I thought that a thin keyboard is good, so I chose K380 with a small thickness.
I am worried about key pitch
The key pitch of the full-size keyboard is 19mm, while the key pitch of the K380 is 18mm. There is this difference in wood, but I bought it because there is only this if it is small, thin, pantograph type, multi-device.
Usability of K380
Connect to Windows and Mac.
The K380 is connected via Bluetooth only. If you have connected a Bluetooth connection device even once, I think that you can connect to the target device without problems. Connection is very easy. You can take out K380 from the box, remove the tape for battery protection, turn on the power, press Easy-switch on the upper left, add Bluetooth device on Windows or Mac, it is possible in 3 steps.
Once connected, the switch of the connection destination is instantly completed through easy-switch, and since the multi-device support, key assignment is determined by the keyboard of Windows or Mac.
Key touch
Since the key touch is a pantograph type, the stroke is small. If you’re used to Laptop keyboards, you’ll feel right. The feeling of pressing a key is stupid. I rarely make keystrokes.
It is thin.
I was happy because I was looking for something thin. It’s not so painful because you can put it on a desk and your wrists won’t be exposed.
Key pitch 18mm is small as I guessed.
The only complaint is the key pitch. After all it is smaller than the full size 19 mm. There is a slight difference when stacked on a Macbook pro 13inch. When I look at this, I feel that it does not change much, but I feel cramped.
I mostly satisfied with K380
I am worried about the key pitch of 18 mm, but other than that, I am generally satisfied. This keyboard is recommended for those who are looking for a small and thin keyboard.
